Emma Wynne

Emma has over 20 years in People Management (HR) and Development,  and since 2007 founding and growing an award-winning HR and leadership development consultancy business.   She is recognised as an expert in the field of human resource management and training, she utilises a unique stakeholder-centred approach to drive business success and improve leadership skills. Emma has also taught on the professional programmes for the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) and Chartered Management Institute (CMI). She is a highly effective Director with over a decade of senior management advisory and consultancy experience as well as a number of board and trusteeship roles. Emma is a parent of two secondary school aged children and a Trustee and Board Director for Corby and Kettering Citizens Advice Service
